It's every booker for themselves at Premier model agency where it is not just the models who are competitive, but the rival team of staff who bitch behind their colleagues' backs.

The subject of the team's criticism last night was 28-year-old John, a commercial booker and the company cash cow. John, a self confessed loner, admitted he wasn't interested in office banter, but there to do a job and book as many girls as possible for catalogue shoots and ads.

Unlike show girls, commercial girls, real women with boobs and a bum, can earn top dollar for a single job.

Despite reaching his seven figure annual target, John is the black sheep of the agency family, with other bookers failing to find him new girls, why, because they say he goes on numerous trips a year to scout and comes back with no-one.John's come-back, I'm not appreciated.
