In this new Ch4 series tough talking retail expert Mary visits stores and restaurants to critique their customer service, and I have to say I am behind Mary 100 per cent if it will mean customer service is improved.
This week she turns her attention to fashion chain Pilot and its MD Chris George. Her mission-to transform the chain's worst performing store in Essex into a haven for shoppers, and to challenge Chris to roll out her ideas across the rest of his empire.
But with a team of unpassionate staff and an MD who hires shop managers without meeting them first, will she convince them that it's her way or the highway?
