E4 is to launch a new show based on the same format as ITV2's The Only Way is Essex, but instead it will focus on the lives of rich kids from Knightsbridge, Chelsea and Mayfair.
Titled Chelsea Girls, the series will document the lives of privileged young people, whose night out consists of going to some of London’s most exclusive bars, restaurants and health clubs.
